Jenni has extensive experience in the delivery of organisational change programmes to meet strategic goals in complex and dynamic organisational environments. She has worked across a range of business sectors that include government, transport, leisure, health and human resources. As a director she consults in the delivery of change and transformation programmes, facilitates leadership development workshops and works at Board level as an executive coach.
Jenni is passionate about supporting individuals, teams and organisations open up to the opportunities created during change by developing new behaviours and skills that ensure personal and organisational success. She believes that evidenced based mindfulness practices when embedded within the organisation, provide the foundation to support significant improvements in focus, clarity, wellbeing, efficacy of decision making and productivity. Jenni herself is a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness and is an accredited trainer with the Potential Project.
Jenni’s understanding of the challenges and dynamics of organisational life come through her experience in both leadership and programme director roles. She has driven large scale transformation programmes and mergers, organisational re-structuring, operational efficiencies, cross partner collaborations, established new systems and processes, and increased customer satisfaction through targeted interventions. She is a strategic yet pragmatic thinker, and an excellent facilitator.
She holds a degree in management, diploma in coaching (performance), is accredited as a practitioner of work based personality profiling and a holds a foundation degree in Mindfulness and Compassion. She has trained as a mindfulness teacher at Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice. She is dedicated to creating the space for increased awareness, openness and learning and is committed to an ongoing exploration of approaches to support her clients perform at their best.
Jenni is fully insured and registered with the relevant professional bodies and adheres to the UK Network for Mindfulness Based Teachers Good Practice Guidelines which can be viewed here:
